As a Certificate III Educator, you will be responsible for creating safe, nurturing and stimulating environments where children can learn, grow and develop during their crucial early years. Supervise and support children in a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment that promotes their physical, cognitive, emotional and social development
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and experiences based on children's interests, developmental stages and the Early Years Learning Framework
Build positive relationships with children and families, maintaining regular communication about each child's progress and wellbeing
Monitor children's health, safety and wellbeing, responding promptly to any concerns or incidents
Maintain detailed observations and documentation of children's development and learning outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues and the leadership team to create a cohesive approach to children's care and education
Maintain a clean, organised and safe learning environment that complies with health and safety regulations
Support children's independence and self-care skills, including meal times, toileting and personal hygiene
Respond sensitively to children's individual needs, including those with additional support requirements
Participate in professional development and training to enhance your knowledge and skills
